ABOUT
Founded in 2016, Lombard Estate Holdings Company Limited (LEH) is a Hong Kong-based real estate investment firm that holds and manages an international portfolio. LEH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of U City Public Company Limited, a Thai real estate enterprise with diversified property portfolios in residential, commercial, land back and alternative property development.
LEH is a fundamental value-oriented investor and currently active in the opportunistic investment in hospitality and office sectors in which provides the flexible capital under appropriate investment structure across portfolio.
LEH also provides property management and asset management advisory for hotels and commercial buildings.

33 Gracechurch Street is an office building in London, UK offering up to 8,747 sqm over 6 floors. The building occupies a prominent position at the junction of Gracechurch Street and Lombard Street. Bank, monument and Cannon Street stations are all located within a short walking distance.
6-14 Underwood Street
6-14 Underwood Street is newly-renovated office space in London, UK. The building is situated within the heart of the tech city area of London and is less than 650 meters from Old Street Roundabout, known as ‘Silicon Roundabout’ on Underwood Street. The building offers up to 2,370 sqm of comprehensively refurbished office space over four floors. 6-14 Underwood Street was completed its major renovation in early February 2019.

OUR TEAM
Lai, Kwok Kwong Michael
Mr. Lai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering from University of Westminster, London and is a Chartered Engineer in UK. Mr. Lai is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, UK and the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, and has extensive experience in the Petrol-chemical, Nuclear and Railway industries.
Mr. Lai joined Bangkok Mass Transit System Corporation Ltd. in 1993 and he was member of the senior management core team fully responsible for all planning and successfully delivery of the elevated train system in 1999. Mr. Lai then returned back to Hong Kong and joined Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation and Mass Transit Railway Corporation and worked on various new railway projects for both companies.
Leung, Wing Shing Vincent
With almost 30 years experience in sales and operation position, Leng Wing Shing Vincent worked in many industries. He has entrepreneurship and strategic mindful which leads him to directorship and advisory role in LEH to manage operation of the Company and to provide customized sales and marketing advisory to client who needs to drive revenue, improve margin, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Dr. Tong, Yuk Lun Paul
Dr. Tong, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Victoria University of Manchester. Dr. Tong is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, London and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and has solid and extensive experience in the construction industry.
Dr. Tong is a director of BTS Group Holdings Public Co. Ltd., a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
